HP visits Sam's Club Headquarters...

Today the tour brought us through the retail Mecca of the world, Bentonville, Arkansas. The Brilliantly Simple tour had the honor of being part of the Sam's Club Saturday morning meeting. At the beginning of the HP digital photography presentation, the team created a buzz around the Photosmart 335 printer by taking photos of Sam’s employees and executives. The Executive Vice President of Operations even took time to give a signed copy of his photo to CEO Doug McMillon. The presentation illustrated the benefits HP digital photography products can provide the Sam’s Club members.

After the meeting the Brilliantly Simple crew performed a demo day at a nearby Sam’s Club. Sam’s Club members were amazed at the quality and value of the Photosmart R817 cameras and 335 printers. One family loved the printer so much they had to get three! Less than 3 hours passed before Sam’s Club was sold out.

Needless to say the visit was a success, and we look forward to any future Sam’s Club and Walmart visits.

And The Tour Begins...(with some help from santa)

Filled with holiday cheer the HP Brilliantly Simple tour debuted at the Balboa Nights Festival in San Diego California. With a Jolly “Ho Ho Ho” Santa sleighed in on a segway followed by some of his HP helpers. Children sat with Santa for a free picture, making their holiday requests.

Parents had a chance to have some fun of their own by taking the picture with the Hewlett Packard R817 camera. Then parents printed their pictures on the HP Photosmart 475 portable printer. One parent expressed her surprise that “...a little thing like that could make such a nice photo."

By the end of the event, most families had two more presents to add to Santa’s already long list!
